The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Medical Sales Representative to take total ownership of our Queens market .

This role is designed for a relentless hunter who thrives on field prospecting and building clinical trust. You will serve as the face of our organization, executing high-volume cold outreach to local physician offices to secure patient referrals for our outpatient centers. Key Responsibilities

• Drive Patient Volume: Build, maintain, and scale a robust referral pipeline by establishing trusted relationships with area physicians.
• Master Field Prospecting: Execute high-volume cold calling, face-to-face drop-ins, and consistent follow-ups within medical practices.
• Own the Queens Market: Utilize deep local market knowledge to identify, map, and capture new referral sources.
• Deploy an Entrepreneurial Mindset: Develop and execute creative territory strategies to consistently outpace growth targets.

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales experience, specifically calling on physician offices (B2B service/referral sales).
    • Please Note: Medical device sales experience will not be considered.
  • Local Network (Preferred): Existing relationships or active contacts within Podiatry in Queens Market a major plus. Call points podiatry, PCP, internal med, endocrinology.
  • Geography: Must currently reside within the 5 boroughs of NYC (Queens residency strongly preferred) with expert knowledge of the local area.
  • Logistics: Must have a reliable transportation. Daily territory travel, while remaining open to utilizing NYC transit when more efficient.
  • Traits: High energy, persuasive personality, and a relentless "go-getter" work ethic.
