- Unit: Emergency Department
- Shift: 6:30p-7a (Note: Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
- Charge Capability: HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Floating: Required
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue Why You'll Love Working Here:
- Engage in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient cases.
- Common diagnoses include:
- Stroke
- Sepsis
- Trauma
- Myocardial Infarction (MI)
- Cardiac Arrest
- Respiratory Failure
- Treat a wide range of patients:
- Newborns
- Pediatrics
- Adults
- Geriatrics
- Work on a spacious unit with:
- 64 Beds:
- 2 Triage
- 40 Acute
- 6 Super Track
- 2 Trauma
- 10 Clinical Decision Unit (CDU)
- 6 Psych
- Utilize specialty equipment:
- Rapid Infusor
- Arctic Sun Requirements:
- Up to date resume reflecting 2+ years of Emergency Department experience, with some Pediatric experience.
- Travel experience is a must!
- Skills Checklist must match specialty.
- Current AHA certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
- TNCC (must be in hand)
- Valid driver's license with matching address.
- NURSYS Report for license verification: ACTIVE NY License & all RN licenses.
