Overview Opportunity for an Outside Service Attendant at Westin Kierland Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role supports a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf operation and involves providing guest service while supporting outside golf operations and facility upkeep. Experience Required High School Diploma or GED. Six months to one year of customer service experience or training. Regular and reliable attendance. Essential Responsibilities Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot. Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings. Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning. Maintain the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area in a neat and orderly fashion. Maintain the cart storage and wash down areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition. Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards. Help educate players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and speed of play. Assist players by changing golf spikes if needed. Perform range maintenance, including presenting the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory throughout the day. Direct the start of play when necessary. Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs. Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return. Assist with food and beverage activities. Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance. Perform other duties as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Twice
