Prior LPN experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Responsibilities As an LPN, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your duties include ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, serving as a team leader, and advocating for residents.
