Human Resources Manager

Acord (association For Cooperative Operations Research And Development)

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the HR function within the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment processes to attract top talent, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, handling performance management, administering employee benefits, and ensuring legal compliance. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, and enhancing employee engagement. Working closely with senior management, you will contribute to strategic decision-making that aligns with the organization's goals. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. A successful Human Resources Manager will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in HR management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field are typically required for this position.
