Job Description

What You'll Do

• Build genuine relationships with contractor and dealer partners across your territory.
• Bring new products, ideas, and solutions into the field — educating and equipping partners to sell with confidence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your own research, prospecting, and hustle.
• Represent a premium, respected brand at trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions.
• Use modern sales tools and data to plan your week, track your progress, and hit ambitious goals.
• Deliver the kind of follow-up and service that keeps partners coming back to you first.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Experience selling into a dealer network, or a background in building materials, construction, or a related trade — preferred, not required.
• A natural relationship-builder who knows how to earn trust and isn't afraid to ask for the business.
• Comfort with CRM tools and a data-informed approach to managing your territory.
• A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a genuine hunger to grow.
