Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our operations. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for inventory management and control, we want to hear from you!

• Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status and logistics performance.

• Proven experience in inventory management and control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
