You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in setting the tone for the shift.What You'll DoAs a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service on every shift. You'll work closely with both the FOH and BOH teams to deliver on the Tap Room guest experience and uphold our standards every step of the way. What that looks like:Lead and support team members during busy shifts to deliver a memorable guest experienceRun daily pre-shift line checks and uphold food safety and cleanliness standardsMonitor service flow and verify that all food and drinks meet Tap Room quality standards before they hit the tableCommunicate with other managers to align on daily goals and game plansProvide hands-on training to new team members and reinforce Tap Room standardsStep in where needed—on the floor, expo, or behind the bar—to keep service running smoothWhat We'll Need from You1–2 years of restaurant experience in a supervisory or leadership role (FOH experience as a lead server, bartender)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and stay cool under pressureA guest-first mindset and commitment to team successWillingness to work closely with the kitchen team to uphold consistency and service excellenceAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededCertifications – Valid TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).Why Tap Room?At Tap Room, we are not just a company—we are a movement.
