Jij zorgt voor verbeteringen die onze klanten écht blij maken.Wat doe je als Customer Journey Specialist bij Coolblue?Jij ontdekt als Customer Journey Specialist wat klanten écht belangrijk vinden. Zo zet jij voor onze websites, e-mails of de app een klantreis neer waar ze blij van worden. Dit doe je door slim onderzoek en het stellen van gerichte vragen om klantproblemen boven water te krijgen. Jouw doel? De contactratio omlaag, de NPS omhoog en klanten verwonderen. Naast onderzoek houd je de touwtjes strak in handen bij projecten, met een scherp oog voor design en tekst. Samen met een top SCRUM-team met onder meer de Domeinbaas, Product Owner, Analist en Interaction Designer, maak jij echt het verschil voor onze klanten.Dit vind je leuk om te doen* De stem zijn van de klant. In jouw team zorg jij dat de klant wordt meegenomen in elk besluit.* Deepdiven in klantproblemen binnen de customer journey en klantintenties helder in kaart brengen.* Klantreizen inzichtelijk en begrijpelijk maken. Met kwalitatief onderzoek en kwantitatieve inzichten.* Verbeterkansen spotten en die omzetten in impactvolle projecten.* Samen met de Analist, Designer, Product Owner en een Content Specialist aan slimme oplossingen werken.* Prioriteiten bepalen, voortgang bewaken en projecten succesvol afronden.Hier herken jij jezelf in* Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding. Je master behaald? Dan heb je een dikke streep voor.* Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in onderzoek, UX-design of CRO.* Nieuwsgierig, zelfstartend en super data-driven.* Pietje Precies als het gaat om teksten en designs. * Goed in het verdelen van je aandacht en tijd over verschillende stakeholders en projecten.* Kan zowel in het Nederlands als Engels overleggen met je collega's.Dit zoek jij verder in een baan* Geld.* Korting op alle spullen die we verkopen.* 25 vakantiedagen.
