Job Position: Returns Clerk

Location: Burr Ridge, IL 60527

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: 8AM-430PM

Description: This person will have the responsibility of processing all return packages as well as float the warehouse to
assist with other duties. Since this position does not take a full day to complete (once training and a routine is
established) they will then see their supervisor for additional responsibilities such as assisting the receiving
department, labeling, picking orders, packaging & stocking items, to name a few.

Duties:
• Inspect items being returned from customer
• Report any damage, missing items, etc.
• Process returns in computer system and print reports
• Process Purchase Orders for repair items
• Box and ship items being sent out to vendors for credit or repair
• Receive completed repairs from vendors
• Package repaired items and ship to customers
• Follow up on open & expired RMA's
• Cross train and backup other warehouse areas when needed

Experience:
• Must be detail oriented
• Work in an organized fashion
• Previous warehouse experience
• Returns experience a plus but not required
Physical Demand:
• General Office and Warehouse environment
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs (team lift)
• Sitting, Standing, Walking, Bending up to 8 hours per day

Technical:
• Good computer skills
• Good Typing skills
• Good communication skills

Software: (Will be using the following)
• Sage 100 (ERP System)
• Paperless workflow system (DocLink)
• Microsoft Word & Outlook knowledge
• Starship (Shipping software)
• Dual Monitors
