About the Opportunity

Are you someone who loves people, building relationships, and making a difference?

CareDiem Home Care of Downers Grove is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and entrepreneurial Individual to join us as we continue to grow our home care business.

This is more than a sales or business development position. You will be one of the key people helping us build our company from the ground up.

You will get to know families, build relationships throughout the community, meet referral partners, welcome new clients, help build our caregiver team, and play an important role in creating the culture and personality of our company.

The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the company, take ownership, bring new ideas, and make a real impact. As CareDiem grows, there will be opportunities for you to grow with it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build Our Community & Grow Our Business

• Build genuine relationships with hospitals, rehab and skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospices, physicians, senior organizations, fiduciaries, and other community partners.

• Introduce CareDiem to the community and help people understand how we can support seniors and their families.

• Attend community events, networking opportunities, senior fairs, educational programs, and other activities that help us build our presence.

• Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners and help turn relationships into long-term connections.

• Keep our lead pipeline organized and up to date.

Welcome & Support Our Clients

• Meet with prospective clients and families to understand their needs and determine how CareDiem can best support them.

• Conduct client assessments , either in the client's home or virtually.

• Help coordinate a smooth and welcoming start of care , making sure the client and family feel comfortable and supported from day one.

• Complete required start-of-care documentation and communicate important client needs to the care team.

• Conduct follow-up client assessments and check in with families to make sure they are happy with their care and that services continue to meet their needs.

Home care, healthcare, senior care, sales, recruiting, or community outreach experience is a plus—but the right personality, attitude, and heart for the work are just as important.
