Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the operations of a fine dining establishment, leading a large team of 30 or more staff. This role involves close management of food costs and ensuring overall smooth functioning of the restaurant. The manager will have limited involvement in menu development and will focus primarily on staff oversight and operational efficiency without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

Manage and control food costs to meet budgetary goals
Lead and supervise a large team of restaurant staff (30+ members)
Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction in a fine dining environment
Coordinate daily restaurant operations and staff schedules
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Support limited involvement in menu development initiatives
Liaise with suppliers and vendors locally without travel requirements

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in restaurant management
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage operations
