You will report to the Operations and Finance Associate Director and play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\** Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes* Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and the general ledger on a regular basis* Post and reconcile subsidiary accounts* Prepare and reconcile grants and other restricted funds throughout the fiscal year to ensure compliance* Produce regular financial reports and support leadership in financial planning and decision-making* Assist with the annual audit process* Monitor organizational cash flow and track fixed assets* Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal financial controls\*\*Required Qualifications:\*\** Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a nonprofit environment* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)* Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software* Thorough knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles, including budgeting, fund accounting, and grant tracking* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Reliable transportation required\*\*What We Offer:\*\** 100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents* 401(k) with employer matching contributions* 12 vacation days, 10 sick days, and 12 paid holidays* Hybrid work schedule for flexibility\*\*Position Details:\*\*Full-time, Non-Exempt position based in Anaheim, CA with hybrid work arrangements.
