Accounts Payable Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for our Corporate Office in Boca Raton, FL 33431 . Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Reconcile bank statements Perform clerical duties including answering the phone, copying, faxing, maintaining and filing records and mailing checks to vendors Monitor the cash balance and escalate cash shortages Issue 1099s at the end of each calendar year Maintain utility and insurance spreadsheets to ensure bills are paid in a timely fashion Reconcile vendor statements monthly and contact vendors for missing invoices What We Offer 100% Employer Provided Health Insurance (after 30 days of employment) Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance, and Long Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time-Off/Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts Program #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Pacific Companies
