What You'll Do
As Banquet Captain, you will lead banquet service operations and ensure every event is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Partner with the Banquet Manager to coordinate service arrangements, staffing requirements, and equipment needs for events.
- Supervise banquet staff throughout event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Communicate proactively with guests and meeting planners to address needs, requests, and last-minute changes.
- Coordinate closely with the Banquet Chef to ensure seamless timing between food preparation and service.
We're looking for a hospitality professional who is confident leading a team in a fast-paced banquet environment and understands that exceptional service starts with communication, preparation, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is:
- An experienced banquet, restaurant, or hospitality professional.
- A confident team leader who can effectively direct staff during events.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and guest-focused.
