SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to support a significant increase in hiring activity across multiple operational business functions. This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiting professional who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment, manage multiple openings simultaneously, and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. The position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while supporting critical workforce growth initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning objectives.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruiting channels and sourcing strategies.
• Lead recruiting efforts for manufacturing, production, warehouse, operations, quality, and related positions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to manage candidate activity and requisition progress.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and candidate pipelines.
• Support high-volume recruiting initiatives while balancing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting processes and drive hiring efficiency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended recruiting environment.
• Experience supporting hiring efforts within Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Proven success recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, operations, quality assurance, or similar operational positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent relationship-building and hiring manager partnership capabilities.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly contribute to hiring objectives.
• Local candidates with the ability to work onsite or in a hybrid environment preferred.
