Where is the work: On‑Site (5 days) Responsibilities Issue invoices to customers for T&M, contacts, and quoted projects Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up Process credit memos, as necessary Update customer files with contact/billing information Submit invoices through customer invoicing website, portal or via email, per customer request. Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary Qualifications Previousaccounts receivableexperience Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Positive and professional demeanor Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication Ability to work independently Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $53,136.66 - $86,000.00 Compensation Type: Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
