CNC Swiss Programmer –1st Shift #2931ST

Location: Painesville, OH

Pay: $28-$35/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer/Setup Operator to join their team in Painesville, OH . This role requires a skilled professional with 3-4 years of programming experience on Swiss-style CNC machines , specifically Tsugami and Citizen . If you are detail-oriented, proficient in programming, and looking for a great opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate Tsugami and Citizen Swiss CNC machines

Develop and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficiency and precision

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications

Perform tool selection, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed

Conduct inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards

Maintain and perform basic machine maintenance for optimal performance

Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and reduce downtime

Qualifications & Requirements:

3-4 years of CNC Swiss programming experience (Tsugami & Citizen preferred)

Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks)

Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC machines

Proficiency in reading blueprints and working with tight tolerances

Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
