Urology Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical urology experience required
• Board certified or board eligible in Urology
• Experience providing both clinic and inpatient urology care
• Ability to manage adult general urology cases independently
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with consultative care, procedural work, and OR coverage preferred
• Advanced endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and stone management experience preferred
• Comfort working in a collaborative environment with support from nursing, tech, and hospitalist teams

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid coverage including clinic visits, elective OR cases, and inpatient consults
• Manage active consults and respond to phone consultations throughout the day
• Evaluate and treat adult urology patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth coordination of consults and follow-up care
• Support weekday coverage with clinic and OR duties, plus inpatient-only weekend coverage
• Perform general urology procedures and cases based on experience and privileging
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a well-supported clinical environment
