Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice
A Hospice Registered Nurse provides palliative and end-of-life care to patients in their homes or hospice facilities, focusing on comfort, symptom management, and emotional support for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to manage pain and other symptoms.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and chaplains.
