About the Position

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to both post-acute and long-term care patients, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  
• Provide care to both post-acute and long-term care residents
  
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
  
• Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care
  

Schedule & Flexibility

• Flexible scheduling options available
  
• Department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  
• Open 7 days per week

Requirements

Valid NC PTA license
