Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Door Builder/Clamp Operator to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM 4:15 PM or 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM; Friday OT as required
Salary Grade B
$18.50 - $20.90
Job Summary:
The Door Builder/Clamp Operator is responsible for performing a variety of processes in the fabrication of panel doors.
Job Duties:
- Organizes and prioritizes work accordingly to daily/weekly production schedule.
- Operates door clamps as needed for standard product, miter doors, framed doors, etc.
- Builds panel doors while ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards regarding door style as well as finish.
- Operates a variety of machines in the fabrication of doors i.e., orbital sanders, hand sanders, door press, etc.
- Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe, orderly fashion.
- Performs daily maintenance as needed to keep machines in safe, operable condition.
