Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing individual patient needs, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment protocols, and home exercise programs to encourage active participation in the healing process.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to enhance interdisciplinary communication and reflect on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, ranging from post-surgical patients to individuals with chronic pain and mobility challenges. Our focus is on providing comprehensive rehabilitation solutions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a similar outpatient setting is required, we value a passion for learning and professional development. Experience with advanced therapeutic techniques, such as dry needling or aquatic therapy, will be considered advantageous but is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, Move Strong Physical Therapy provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
