Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients that include reviewing medical histories, physical assessments, and relevant diagnostic tests to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings, treatment goals, and rehabilitation plans, fostering an understanding of their roles in the recovery process.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique presentation and goals, adapting them as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately, detailing progress notes, discharge plans, and necessary adjustments to treatment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and general orthopedic issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
