Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Bountiful Life, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' needs through comprehensive reviews and assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicating evaluation outcomes and treatment recommendations to patients and their families, ensuring they are active participants in their recovery process.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique condition, using techniques that are supported by the latest healthcare practices.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care; recognizing changes in patient conditions and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Selecting and managing appropriate modalities and interventions based on patient evaluations and progress; engaging patients in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintaining accurate and efficient documentation in alignment with healthcare regulations, documenting the entire course of care from initial evaluations to discharge summaries.
• Managing your schedule effectively, demonstrating punctuality, and meeting productivity standards while participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapist license as per Florida state regulations.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, with an understanding of legal and regulatory standards in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, we also encourage recently graduated DPTs with a passion for helping patients to apply. A proven track record in outpatient settings and familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits
