Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and develop customized treatment plans for patients based on individual needs, particularly those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Utilize methods such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, including ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to address pain and improve functional mobility.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal practices.
• Regularly reevaluate therapeutic goals and adapt treatment plans in response to patient progress and feedback.
• Guide and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices to promote independence and facilitate recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying current with literature in the field of physical therapy.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights on patient care strategies and improvements within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a wide array of clients, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients with various physical challenges. We cater to individuals with sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation needs, permanent disabilities, or chronic pain conditions. Each therapist plays a critical role in tailoring treatments that respect the unique circumstances of each patient, fostering a committed approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficient in standard computer applications and electronic health record systems.
• Aptitude for engaging with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs; training and mentorship available for new graduates.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience with outpatient therapy, including hands-on manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to build rapport with patients quickly and proficiently handle challenging cases.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package which includes:
