Description
This position involves working as part of a clinical team to manage caseloads of patients with substance use disorders.
The role requires providing individualized counseling, facilitating therapeutic groups, and employing trauma-informed approaches.

Requirements
Experience in managing caseloads of patients with substance use disorders.
Ability to provide individual counseling and facilitate therapeutic groups.
Proficiency in conducting assessments, screenings, and referrals.
Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
Competence in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Experience in crisis intervention and using trauma-informed approaches.
Flexibility to work Sun-Thu, 01:00pm-09:00pm, with two flexible days.

Qualifications
CASAC required
CASAC T with minimum 1 year experience will be experience
Relevant certification or licensure in addiction counseling required.
Experience in clinical consultation and patient engagement.
Ability to develop treatment plans with clinical supervisors.
Familiarity with psychoeducation and intake processes.
Experience collaborating with external agencies for patient referrals.
Proficiency in trauma-informed care methodologies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction counseling.
