Your goal will be to empower clients through effective interventions that align with their personal values and aspirations. Qualifications\n \n Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required; candidates without this credential will not be considered. \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory, ensuring you possess the necessary academic foundation. \n Minimum of two years of experience providing individual and/or group therapy in a clinical setting, demonstrating your proficiency in therapeutic interventions. \n Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for managing caseloads effectively and completing administrative tasks in a timely manner. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus. \n Prior experience in a community health setting, particularly in a remote or hybrid capacity, will be advantageous. \n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation and progress notes. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
