Job Duties Manually process customer purchase orders and accurately update information in SAP Enter data and maintain customer portals Organize, file, and maintain shipping documents Respond professionally to customer requests by telephone and email Provide customers with requested shipping and order documentation Verify information for accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies Assist the customer service team with general administrative tasks Maintain organized electronic and paper records Communicate with internal departments to support timely order processing Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service. Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Previous customer service, administrative, order-entry, or clerical experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel SAP experience is preferred but not required Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple responsibilities Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Some college coursework is preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position. Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service Representative. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
