Werecurrentlylooking foracreative and savvy Marketing Coordinatorwithexperience supportingextensivemarketing initiatives.As our creative lead, you will play a key role for the firm by coordinating and implementing communication projects, assisting with ad copy content for communications, organizing campaigns, creating marketing materials, assisting with pre and post video production and participate in brand management through advertising and social media.

We are looking for a candidate that has 2-3yearsof Marketingwork experience.

This position is inofficeMonday Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Communication:

• Coordination and implementation of communication projects such as weekly emails, monthlynewslettersandassistingwith ad copy content for communications.

• Webinars, Campaigns & Events:

• Organize, schedule, coordinate speakers, and provide technical video support for webinars.Assistwith pre/post video production.

• In-person events such as seminars or community outreach or local events asappropriate.

• Marketing Materials:

• Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations,emailsand other marketing materials as needed byutilizingAdobe Illustrator,Canvaor other design software.

• Video / YouTube Optimization:

• Assistwith thewebinarvideo pre/postproduction. Upload content to YouTube with thumbnailimage, chapters andoptimizecontent.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Manage engaged and non-engaged contacts, upload new contacts,delete/ remove opt-out list andutilizesystem for marketing communications.

• Brand Awareness & Social Media Marketing / Advertising:

• Participate in brand awareness through creating social media posts and other client /general publiccommunications.

About you:You are a strongcreativeleadwith a passion for all marketingtasksfrom data and analytics to graphics, and copy. Youpossesssuperb verbal and written communication skillsandsolid editing practices.Yourea team player willing to roll up sleeves and jump in where needed.
