Process Engineering SupervisorDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading global aerospace and defense manufacturer to hire a Process Engineering Supervisor for their largest U.S. printed circuit board facility in Minnetonka, MN. If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and making a measurable impact—this could be a great next step in your career.Lead and develop a team of employees across process engineering and chemical lab functionsSupport and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, compliance, and efficiencyDevelop and maintain process control plans, SOPs, and documentationCollaborate with production teams to resolve real-time manufacturing challengesUtilize statistical analysis and lean principles to drive continuous improvement and increase yields5+ years of manufacturing experience with a strong background in process improvementProven leadership or team lead experience with the ability to mentor and develop othersStrong problem-solving skills with experience using statistical process control toolsExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
