Security Manager (Physical Security Operations) Location: Atlanta, GA (on‑site; hybrid/virtual work not considered unless accommodation granted). Workshift: 1st Shift (United States of America). Job Level: Non-Management Exempt. Job Family: FAC > Corporate Security. Responsibilities Monitor security events daily to detect suspicious activities and identify potential threats and violations. Establish vision, direction, and specific objectives for team efforts; promote collaboration. Maintain strong partnerships with security guard force, vendors, associates, Facility Managers/Leadership, and business unit leaders to ensure seamless communication and effective decision‑making. Promote HR policies and procedures in people‑management activities. Conduct communications requiring cooperation on complex or controversial issues; use negotiation and persuasion to build agreement. Engage in external communications with high interpersonal and negotiation skills to build long‑term relationships, typically with middle‑level contacts in customer and vendor organizations. Account for the effective delivery of Physical Security projects to achieve strategic and operational objectives. Qualifications BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience within security management, including at least 5 years managing or leading others; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
