Job Description As a Security Officer Computer Reporting in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access to commercial property areas, greet and direct visitors, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized access according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required. Conduct regular and random patrols of the building, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
