Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.45 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a residential condominium community. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies; verify authorization and direct residents, guests, deliveries, and vendors as appropriate. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders when required. Prepare clear, accurate reports and daily activity logs documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
