As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule Tue 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Wed 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Thur 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Fri 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed. Monitor access to assigned areas, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized access, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in required logs and reports. Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
