You'll be greeting patients, answering questions, supporting providers, handling front-office responsibilities, and doing whatever it takes to keep the clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the Face of the Clinic

You'll be one of the first people our patients interact with — and we want that experience to be a great one.

You'll:

• Welcome patients with a warm, confident, and positive attitude
• Check patients in and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
• Answer phones, messages, and patient questions
• Help patients understand insurance benefits, payments, and costs
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient information
• Assist with scheduling and daily administrative tasks
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Jump in wherever you're needed to keep the clinic moving

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for

Your Schedule

Up to 20 hours per week

Clinic hours include:

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Saturday requirement: 2–3 Saturdays per month

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Onsite clinical environment with frequent patient interaction
• Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the clinic
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to perform fine motor tasks required for clinical duties
