Young Professional – Learning & Development at BairesDev This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in L&D within a global tech company, where you'll support the design and coordination of training programs and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals. What You’ll Do Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization. Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e‑learning content. Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date. Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs. Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development of targeted learning solutions. Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one. Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design. Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
