Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing supporting high-performance industries, is seeking a Capital Equipment - Project Manager to join their team. As a Capital Equipment - Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering and Project Management departments supporting complex capital equipment projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rancocas, New Jersey

What's the Job?

• Lead the planning and execution of complex, custom-engineered capital equipment projects from contract award through shipment, installation, commissioning, and final customer acceptance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and field service to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leading meetings, documenting decisions, and managing expectations throughout project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and addressing critical path items to ensure timely delivery.
• Support risk management, change control, and acceptance testing processes to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or supporting complex projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
• Experience working with multinational teams and familiarity with technical standards such as NFPA, AWS, IEEE is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
