Key responsibilities include:\* Developing, refining, and executing comprehensive asset-level business plans to maximize returns, in alignment with fund objectives and investment strategies.\* Leading the monitoring and analysis of portfolio performance, including financial modeling, valuation exercises, and market research, to identify risks and opportunities.\* Directing the implementation of value-add initiatives, operational enhancements, and capital expenditure programs across the portfolio.\* Managing relationships with operating partners, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective execution of asset strategies.\* Overseeing financial reporting, investor communications, and compliance requirements for assigned assets, providing clear and concise updates on performance and strategic direction.\* Guiding the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and dispositions, providing expert analysis on asset performance, market positioning, and exit strategies.\* Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the asset management function.This position is located in Los Angeles, United States.
