\n \nAbout the Opportunity
\nWe’re seeking experienced lawyers to contribute legal expertise to projects focused on training next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your knowledge of contracts, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing to improve AI-generated legal content. No prior AI experience is required.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Conduct detailed contract reviews , identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement. \n
- Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law. \n
- Draft, edit, and evaluate legal documents for accuracy and clarity. \n
- Analyze regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. \n
- Develop clear written explanations and rationales for legal positions. \n
- Collaborate remotely to explain complex legal concepts. \n
- Evaluate legal data and provide feedback to improve AI training materials. \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Active law license or bar admission . \n
- At least 5 years of legal practice in contract law, compliance, or a related specialty. \n
- Strong expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing . \n
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to legal nuance. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Ability to interpret laws and regulations across jurisdictions. \n
- Experience working independently in a remote, project-based environment. \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with legal technology tools. \n
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to legal and non-legal audiences. \n
