Job Title Residential Cleaning Service Manager Responsibilities Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan and control budget and inventory. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Personal Suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Judgement Organized Team player Employment Terms Full‑time, permanent employment. Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call. 32 to 40 hours per week. On‑the‑road job with frequent travel. Location & Work Conditions Westside, BC V4T 1A3 – working on the road. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast‑paced environment. Physically demanding. Compensation $36.60 per hour (Hourly) Education No degree, certificate or diploma required.
