About the Role:

- Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

- Educate clients and families on strategies for success.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in pediatric or adult therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
- Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
