Solution Architect, CRM & Digital Marketing

Join our dynamic team driving digital transformation in the streaming and direct-to-consumer space. As a Solution Architect, you will serve as a hybrid technical expert and project manager responsible for architecting, optimizing, and expanding our Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless customer experiences and powering high-velocity marketing campaigns.

responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day operational health of all SFMC campaigns, automations, and journeys (monitoring sends, data flows, and triggers).
• Architect, build, and deploy new automations, triggered journeys, and personalized customer experiences in Journey Builder and Automation Studio using AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Act as primary technical project manager across multiple simultaneous requests from CRM, Retention, Product, Data, and Creative teams.
• Design, build, and maintain a scalable data model within SFMC (Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Audience Builder) partnering with Data Engineering.
• Serve as technical escalation point for integration issues between SFMC and adjacent platforms (Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, mobile push providers, CDPs).
• Establish and document technical standards, build patterns, and QA protocols for SFMC development.

qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical CRM Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proven hands-on mastery of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, AMPScript, and SQL.

Strong ability to project manage cross-functional requests and communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant certification.

Direct experience in streaming, subscription services, or high-volume e-commerce/D2C environments.

Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), REST/SOAP APIs, SSJS, or adjacent ESPs such as Braze.
