Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that may include psychotherapeutic sessions, psychoeducational groups, and crisis interventions.

• Actively manage a full caseload, ensuring each patient receives consistent and effective support, tracking their progress continually.

• Prepare and facilitate mental health workshops for staff, focusing on relevant topics such as trauma-informed care and suicide prevention strategies.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for all patients, attending case management meetings and contributing valuable insights.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously in accordance with organizational policies and compliance standards, ensuring a high level of accountability.

• Address medication adherence and collaborate with prescribing providers for evaluations, ensuring patients' medication needs are met effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with various populations within a community health setting, including individuals facing mental health challenges, victims of trauma, and those requiring urgent mental health support. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current and valid LMFT license in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
