ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of five. My State Farm career began right out of college when I became a team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business before eventually stepping into agency ownership. I’m a proud UCF graduate and have been married to my husband for seven years. I’m also a proud boy mom, and my faith plays an important role in how I live, lead, and pursue purpose in both my personal and professional life.

Serving others is a big part of who we are. I’m involved with Women United Central Florida, help support efforts to feed the homeless, and stay actively involved with local schools. You can even find me at our local high school every Friday morning, staying connected and finding ways to make a positive impact.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Brooke Britt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
