Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain it before starting
• Prior experience in a school setting is valuable, but not required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with families and team members
• Provide direct therapy as well as consultative support for teachers and educational staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development as assigned
