MedLife Primary & Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team as a Clinical Manager & Trainer for Clinical Team Members . If you have a passion for patient care, leadership, and mentorship, we want to hear from you! Why Join Us?

* Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants
* Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures
* Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more
* Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork Qualifications:
* Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)
* Strong communication and leadership skills. Athena experience a Plus!
