This position serves Northeastern counties in South Dakota (Mobridge to Miller and Sisseton to Watertown)

Join the South Dakota Retailers Association team as a Membership Sales Representative and help grow membership in one of the nation’s leading trade associations!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary plus uncapped commission potential, with earnings typically ranging from $75K - $100K+ annually.
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and retirement.
• Remote, flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting business owners through in-person and phone prospecting.

• Communicating the Retailers mission: legislative leverage, timely information and money-saving services.

• Overcoming objections, closing memberships, collecting payments.

• Conducting visits with existing members.

• Travel in your territory weekly.

Qualifications:

• Live in the designated territory or willing to relocate.
• Self-starter with proven sales experience.
• Skilled communicator with a dynamic personality.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
