Principal CPU Architect — High-Freq Server Cores & Power

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a senior CPU architect with deep expertise in high-performance, high-frequency server-class processors. The role spans CPU architecture, RTL, standard-cell and circuit-level tradeoffs, physical design, process technology, and advanced packaging.
The successful candidate will bridge architecture, RTL implementation, and physical design while serving as a subject matter expert on power delivery, throttling, and die- and package-level tradeoffs.
