Head of Growth- Patient Acquisition & Marketing

Alpha Refinery is a physician-led men’s performance and longevity practice redefining healthcare for high-performing men. We deliver concierge-level, data-driven care through advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, regenerative medicine, and personalized longevity programs. We are a fast-growing, cash-pay practice building a premium brand on exceptional service, measurable outcomes, and disciplined execution. A second provider joins in Fall 2026, with a second clinic to follow. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build, not maintain. The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced growth marketer to own and scale our patient acquisition engine end to end, from first impression through booked assessment. This is not a marketing-manager role. You will personally build, optimize, and own the funnel: paid campaigns, conversion, copy, and analytics. You’ll work directly with the Founder to develop strategy, launch campaigns, and continuously improve every stage of the patient journey. Decisions here are made thoughtfully, measured carefully, and refined on data. What You’ll Own Complete ownership of Alpha Refinery’s patient acquisition ecosystem: Paid advertising. Build, launch, and optimize Meta and Google campaigns. Test audiences, offers, creative, and landing pages. Scale winning campaigns while holding efficiency. Funnel optimization. Own every stage: lead generation, speed-to-lead, nurture, booking, show rate, and consultation conversion. Creative and copy. Write high-converting ad copy and campaign messaging. Develop offers. Direct creative production with internal support. Improve landing-page conversion. Marketing technology. Execute hands‑on in GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics and tracking tools, CRM automation, and AI-powered marketing tools. Performance analytics. Own the numbers: CPA, cost per booked assessment, ROAS, booking rate, show rate, consultation conversion, and funnel conversion rates. What Success Looks Like Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified, high-intent patients while continuously reducing acquisition cost. Current growth target: scale toward 2+ new booked assessments per day as provider capacity expands. Booked assessments include the $497 Performance & Longevity Assessment and the $997 Alpha 360 Assessment. Who You Are You’re a builder who owns outcomes, not tasks. You have a bias toward action. You identify opportunities and move, rather than waiting for direction. You’re equally comfortable launching ads, writing copy, reading analytics, and discussing strategy with leadership. You measure success by revenue and booked patients, not activity. Qualifications Required: 2–5+ years managing paid acquisition campaigns with proven results Demonstrated success personally building and optimizing marketing funnels Hands‑on experience personally building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience generating leads in high‑consideration, premium service industries Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms Comfortable with analytics and attribution Experience using AI marketing tools to improve efficiency Strong copywriting and creative thinking Preferred: Experience in men’s health, concierge or functional medicine, medical weight loss, aesthetics, med spa, cosmetic surgery, dental, high‑ticket services, or luxury consumer brands. Our Hiring Process We hire on demonstrated performance, not resumes alone. Finalists will present a patient acquisition funnel they personally built and managed: the strategy behind it, the decisions they made, and the measurable outcomes (CPA, cost per lead, booking rate, ROAS, conversion, revenue growth, and what they’d optimize). We’re looking for thoughtful growth leaders who understand why campaigns succeed or fail. This Role Is Not For You If You’re uncomfortable being measured by CPA, booked assessments, ROAS, and conversion You need detailed direction before acting You prefer maintaining existing campaigns to building and testing new ones You measure success by impressions, clicks, or engagement rather than revenue and booked patients Compensation and Benefits Exceptional performance should be exceptionally rewarded. As the business grows, your earning opportunity grows with it. Base salary: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience and demonstrated results. Performance incentive: Substantial monthly incentive tied to business performance, including booked assessments, CPA reduction, and new-patient show rate. Significant additional upside as clinic capacity and patient volume scale. On‑target earnings: $95,000–$112,500+, with meaningful upside beyond target as we expand. 401(k). Your First 90 Days Day 30. Assume ownership of all ad accounts, GoHighLevel workflows, and reporting. Identify quick wins and begin reducing CPA. Day 60. Implement optimization across every funnel stage. Launch new creative, test additional channels, and improve booking performance. Day 90. Establish a scalable acquisition engine consistently producing qualified booked assessments, with measurable gains in efficiency and conversion.
